Using opportunity pipelines

Assign pipelines to sales agents
All sales agents have access to the Default pipeline. However, if you have additional pipelines, you may want to restrict access to specific pipelines for certain agents. There are two ways to accomplish this.
Assigning pipelines through Teams
When assigning pipelines to a team, all of team agents can have access to the team pipelines.
Go to Teams.
In the desired team click on Opportunity Pipelines.
Click on the Add button.
Add the needed pipelines.
If you want to remove pipelines, select them an click on the Remove button.
Assign pipelines directly to agent.
In some situations, you may need to assign a pipeline to a specific agent without granting access to their entire team. In such cases, you can assign the pipeline directly to that individual agent.
Go to Contacts > Employees.
Click on the desired person.
Click on the Config button.
Click on Opportunity Pipelines.
Click on the Add button.
Add the needed pipelines.
If you want to remove pipelines, select them an click on the Remove button.
Using pipelines on opportunities index
Now that you have given access to the pipelines to your agents it is time to use them.
Go to Opportunities.
Click on the pipelines filter.
Now you can select your desired pipelines and optionally opportunity status and a range of dates.
Click on Apply.
Now your opportunities view will be updated to the results of the searching.
