You can see these notifications by clicking on the admin's bell icon on in the top right section. The red number over the button means the total of unread notifications.

Filter notifications: You can filter the notifications present in the view. By default, you will be watching all of them, no matter if they were read beforeonly the Unread ones.

Also, you can select to view only the read or unread ones Read/Unread or Only read.

Clear all: It will clear all the notifications matching the current filter selected. When a notification is cleared, it will not be visible anymore and will be marked as read, so your counter of unread notifications will be decreased.
