How to Cancel Subscriptions



The purpose of this walkthrough is to help you cancel a subscription for a customer once an order has been previously refunded.


Pre Requisites:

  • Customers name or email


1.-Go to the customer's profile



2.-Click on the subscriptions tab in order to open the subscriptions drawer


3.-Click on the options menu (three dots) from the desired subscription and select cancel


4.-Confirm the operation Once the subscription has been canceled, an email is sent to the customer notifying the subscription is canceled



  • Customers name or email whose subscription you are canceling
