Blocking People From System
Purpose:
The purpose of this walkthrough is to help you create a blocklist
Pre Requisites:
Email
IP address
Go into your WebForce Instance and navigate to “Settings”. Then click “Blocklist”
Click “Create Blocklist”
Once here, select what data point you want to block:
When you have all information entered make sure to toggle to “enabled” and “save”
For now this step will have to be done manually per blocked customer but in the future we hope to add a bulk upload feature
