How To View a Customer Profile

Purpose:

The purpose of this walkthrough is to help you look at a customers profile

 

Pre Requisites:

  • Product 

  • Funnel page

  • payment method

 

  • Click on Contacts on the left-hand side and you will see a drop-down with Employees, Customers, Leads

  • Click on Customers

  • Click the eye symbol to view the customer profile

 

  • As you can see the customer profile contains basically everything involving your customer. 

  1. The order history. 

  2. Payment gateway and methods 

  3. Contact information 

  4. Subscriptions they have 

  5. Products they have purchased 

  6. Notes with order data or from the Customer Service Representative
