Adding Your Products

Purpose:

This walkthrough aims to help you set up your products on our CRM and sales page.

 

Pre Requisites:

  • Have a Product

  • UPC/SKU Number

  • Price, shipping price, and international shipping

  • Product image

 

 

 

Add your products with ease using the WebForce platform. 

  • On the left-hand side click on Products or on the Set Up Dashboard select Products

 

  • Click on Add New Product or blue plus sign in the right  corner

  • Add product name 

  • Brand name 

  • Category

 

  • You can create a category based on the type of product

 

  • Choose if this is a physical or digital product 

 

  • Add price

  • Add an image of the product 

  • You can crop the image to fit

 

  • Choose selling channels on the right side of the screen

 

  • Admin

  • Sales 

  • Funnels

  • Add UPC/SKU

  • If your product has variations (size, color, flavor) you will need to set those up as well 

  • Make sure to hit save once you are done and you will see your product here:

Geography

Here’s the step-by-step guide for adding or removing countries from the product’s allow/deny lists:

  1. Open Product Edit
    Access the product you wish to configure by entering the update product option.

  2. Select "Geography" in the Left Menu
    From the left menu, click on Geography to access location-based settings for the product.

  3. Add or Remove Countries in Allow/Deny Lists

    • Allow List: Add the countries where you want the product to be visible and available for purchase.

    • Deny List: Add the countries where the product should not be visible or available for sale.

      Note:
      The system only permits one active country list configuration (Allow or Deny) at a time. Adding countries to the Allow list restricts product visibility exclusively to those specified countries. Switching to the Deny list clears the Allow list, making the product invisible in the listed Deny countries only.
