Export cancelled subscriptions

Purpose: 

The purpose of this document is to explain how you can export a document with the cancelled subscriptions within a period of time.

• Navigate to the Subscriptions tab.
  
  

  Open

  

• Access the Advanced Search feature.
  
  

  Open

  

• Choose the desired date range.
  
  

• Refine your search by customer name and specific products, if needed.
  
  

• Under the status field, exclusively select "Cancelled".
  
  

• Ensure to activate the "Apply dates on cancelled date" option.
  
  

• Apply the filter.

• You will see that the index now shows the canceled subscriptions according to your filter.

• Conclude by selecting the Export button to generate a downloadable file containing this information.
