Purpose:
The purpose of this walkthrough is to help you set up Order Desk to your WebForce CRM.
Pre Requisites:
Order Desk account
Test Key
Order desk store
API KEY
Set up various integrations with ease.
Click on Integrations on the left side menu. Here you can view all your current integrations.
Click the blue plus sign to add additional integrations
As you can see there are many different types of integrations to add. If you are looking for something specific like Shipping you can search by name or categories
You can either create a new Order Desk account from here or configure it if you already have the information.
Select Configure under Order Desk
As you can see there are various keys needed for the integration.
From here, open up a separate tab and log into your Order Desk account:
Navigate to Settings and click Store Settings
Once here at the top of the page click API
Copy your Store ID and the API Key
Once copied, go back to your WebForce screen
The rest of the Integration is for TESTING Purposes
If you would like to do test transactions in the WebForce system you will need to have this section filled out.
You can either use the same API key and Store ID for testing if you want it to go into the same account OR
You can create another store utilizing a free trial and keep the information separate.
Once you have all your required information click save
Now you should be able to see Order Desk in your Integrations screen.
How to verify if the gateway is working:
Perform a live transaction and a test transaction.

After performing the transaction check your orders
To check a live order go to Orders and select the Order number as shown below
To check a Test order just go to Orders and click the Funnel icon on the top right corner
Once you have selected the funnel icon the dropdown will appear, just select Test and Apply to view only the Test orders
Once Verified on our CRM, Go to the Order Desk site. https://app.orderdesk.me/
On the Left-hand side you will find the navigation section, Click on all orders.
On the next screen, you will find all your orders, which you can verify with the order ID.
To check the Order Desk Integration you would need to go to Orders click the order number
Select Notifications and the Status should be Successful. you can also click the 3 dots to the far right to View Details and see the information sent and received.
