Clickfunnels 2.0

Welcome to the integration guide for connecting your Webforce CRM with ClickFunnels 2.0! This integration enables you to process the following events from ClickFunnels 2.0:

  • contact.created

  • order.created

  • orders/transaction.created

Please note that this integration assumes you already have a ClickFunnels 2.0 account. Additionally, it only works with version 2.0 of ClickFunnels.

Getting the API Key

To configure the ClickFunnels integration, follow these steps to obtain your API key:

  1. Access your ClickFunnels account.

  2. On the bottom left side of the screen, click on your workspace name.

 

 

  1. Under the Teams section, click on Team Settings. This will take you to the settings of a default team created by ClickFunnels.

 

 

  1. In the Team Settings section, click on the Developer Portal option on the left toolbar.

 

 

  1. Click on Add New Platform Application. An empty form will appear.

 

 

  1. Enter a name for your platform and click Create Platform Application.

 

 

  1. A new API key will be provided. Copy this key and save it for later use.

 

 

Setting Up Webhooks

Next, set up webhooks to ensure your Webforce CRM can receive data from ClickFunnels:

  1. Navigate to your ClickFunnels account's main page.

 

 

  1. On the left toolbar, click on Workspace Settings.

 

 

  1. Copy the URL under the Workspace & Site Subdomain section. This URL is crucial for making requests.

 

Configuring Webforce CRM

  1. In your Webforce CRM, click on the Integrations option from the left bar.

 

 

  1. Click on the + (add) button and search for "ClickFunnels".

 

 

  1. From the list of results, click on the Configure button.

 

 

  1. Enter the following information in the drawer that appears:

    • Integration Alias: A friendly name for your new integration.

    • Workspace URL: The URL copied in the previous step.

    • API Key: The API key obtained after creating your new application in ClickFunnels.

 

 

  1. Click on the Save button. Your new integration will be created, and a URL for your integration will be provided.

Finalizing the Webhook Setup

  1. Copy the integration URL provided by Webforce CRM.

 

 

  1. Return to the ClickFunnels webhooks panel and click on the Add New Endpoint button.

 

 

  1. Fill out the form with the following details:

    • Endpoint Name: A name for your new endpoint.

    • URL: The integration URL provided by Webforce CRM.

    • Event Types: Select only the following:

      • contact.created

      • order.created

      • orders/transaction.created

    • API Version: Select Version 2 (V2).

 

 

  1. Click on the Create Endpoint button.
